This policy explains what data the game Unknockables (Android and iOS apps and their server) and this website process. The Spanish version prevails in case of doubt.

What we use and why

• Your account: a guest account is created the first time you open the game, without asking for email or phone. We keep an identifier, the name you choose, your friend code, your character and your progress. Your phone keeps an access key; we keep only a hash of it (performance of the contract: the terms of use).
• Saving with Google or Apple (if you choose to): only the identifier Google or Apple gives us, never your email; with Apple, also a grant to revoke it when you delete your account.
• Friends and online play: friends, requests and blocks; who is online (in memory only) and the results of your online matches. Quick phrases and chat between friends are not stored.
• Reports: who reported whom, the reason and the reported text (up to 300 characters), to moderate the game (legitimate interest).
• Purchases: made through Google Play or the App Store; we never see your card. We keep the product, price, date, store and its purchase reference to verify it and deliver it once.
• Rewarded videos and ads: shown by Google AdMob. We keep when you watched a rewarded video and its type (to give the reward and apply daily caps). AdMob may use your advertising ID according to your consent choices.
• Notifications: if you accept them, the device token (platform and language) and whether you accept game news (consent; can be withdrawn in Settings or on your phone).
• Security: your IP address is used to limit abuse and stays in the server’s technical logs for 30 days.

We do not sell your data. Some opponents are controlled by the game: see the terms of use.

Who we share it with

Our hosting provider ([hosting provider]), Google (Google Play, AdMob, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google sign-in) and Apple (App Store, Apple Push Notification service, Sign in with Apple), each for its own purpose, with GDPR safeguards for transfers outside the EU.

How long

Account data while the account exists. Deleting it removes everything except purchase records (without your account, as required by law) and reports received. Backups last 30 days and technical logs 30.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability: write to us with your friend code. You can delete your account from the game. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Children

The guest account asks for no personal data. If you are under 14, ask a parent or guardian to read this with you before linking Google or Apple, buying or accepting notifications.
