Delete your Unknockables account

From the game (instantly)

Open the game → Settings → Account → Delete account, type BORRAR and confirm. It is deleted right away.

Without the game

If you no longer have the game, write to us at contacto@veltrixstudios.net with your friend code (shown in your profile) or, if you saved your progress with Google or Apple, which account you used. We delete it within 30 days and confirm it to you.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Everything in your account is deleted: name, friend code, progress, coins and gems, items, friends and requests, blocks, notification devices, the Google or Apple link (we revoke “Sign in with Apple”) and your match history.
• Anything bought with real money is lost with the account and is not refunded because of the deletion.
• Purchase records (product, price, date and store reference), which the law requires us to keep, and reports you made remain without your account. Online match results and moderation notes keep the account’s internal identifier, which no longer leads to any of your data.
• Backups rotate automatically: deleted data disappears from them within 30 days.
