By playing Unknockables you accept these terms. The game is provided by Veltrix Studios.

Your account

A guest account is created on your phone. Save it with Google or Apple (Settings → Account) to keep it when you change phones. You can delete it at any time. Accounts are personal: they may not be sold or lent.

Coins, gems and items

Coins, gems, boxes and items are not money, have no value outside the game and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred.

Purchases

Real-money purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store and follow their terms, including refunds. If something does not arrive, write to us with your friend code.

Random boxes and rewards

Everything obtained at random shows its odds before opening or buying it. Randomness is decided by the game server.

AI opponents and teammates

So you can always play without waiting, in some online matches some opponents or teammates are controlled by the game itself (the AI): when not enough players are available for your match within a few seconds; when a player’s connection is too slow to play properly; and when a player disconnects or stops playing mid-match (the AI plays in their place until they return).

The AI plays with the same rules, weapons and physics as any player, and its level adapts to yours. Match rewards are the same as against people. In a challenge to a friend, in a private room and with your 2v2 partner you always play with those people. While there are few players, the AI also fills the rankings and league groups: it counts for positions but never takes prizes or moves between leagues.

Fair play

Cheats, third-party software or bots, exploiting bugs, match fixing, multiple accounts to farm rewards, trading accounts or items outside the game, insults, harassment and offensive names are not allowed. We may remove what was gained that way, mute, suspend or, in serious or repeated cases, delete the account, telling you why.

Ads

The game shows Google AdMob ads, including optional rewarded videos with a daily cap.

The service

Online play depends on our server and your connection. We may update or change the game or, with reasonable notice, stop offering it. We cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted.

Changes and governing law

If these terms change, this page and its date change, and important changes will be announced in the game. Spanish law applies; consumers keep the rights granted by the laws of their country of residence.
